MID WINTER EXPECTATIONS

G R E E T I N G S  !
As mentioned we have acquired a few small additions
to our microphone selection . I will be interested to see how
quality recording will be accomplished using these new instruments.
Home recording has become the necessity for many songwriters in diverse
musical genres. I remain positive in action and primed  for considerable trial
and error regarding the recording process. Full speed ahead.

G  R  E  E  T  I  N  G  S    !


We are beginning the new year with new gear.
I purchased a laptop with recording capabilities
and the projects here at mongomon are moving forward
once again . Aspirations Abound !

 . . . today was a beautiful mid- winter afternoon hike at Red Rock Canyon
with my beautiful partner Tamara. Our trail was moderate on the difficult
scale, and just 4 miles roundtrip. We both knew our Sunday afternoon was not
going to be spent watching sports this week !

 All is well at mongomon office today.
I am recalling how completely exhausted
I was on this date 2 years ago.  I had just completed
clearing out my 2nd floor living space ; the Flat I had
been renting for more than 8 long and lonely years.
The day prior , I received help in moving all of my stuff
into the 16' UHaul that I was about to drive across the US
to land in Las Vegas.  My good friends had given me 5 hours
of grueling work carrying my belongings down the stairway
and out to the truck to be loaded for 3 days of driving.
Thank You, my "Buds" for all of the good energy you graciously
gave to propel my life onward into the future. Grateful .

2014 Here We Go !

GREETINGS !

The year ended on a semi positive note. There is closure with regard
to Family Estate issues , bringing about new beginnings.
I have new horizons in sight for this new year with music and recording
setting the immediate course of action. There is much to look forward to.
I plan to blog more often . Thanks for checking in with us.
